Order Questions

If your order has been placed but not shipped, or a label created but not yet picked up or in the courier possession, please contact us ASAP, by calling (703)-631-8820.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

If you are seeing multiple charges on your credit card it is most likely due to multiple attempts to authorize your card at checkout. These pending charges should be gone in 3-5 business days. No money has been taken out for these charges. 

If these charges do not go away after 5 business days please contact us

No, you may only use one discount per order. You may place multiple orders if you wish to use different types of discounts.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to a page to track your order. 

Alternatively, you can log in to your rokform.com account and track your from the Order History page.

If you need to change your order please use one of our contact options right away, as the window of time between when an order is placed and when it is processed is very small but we’ll do our best to make any changes.

If your order has already been processed to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order. But do not worry! You are more than welcome to return the package to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. When the package arrives, please either reject the package, or mark the unopened package as "Return to Sender" and drop it off at a local post office. This will return the package back to us.

Thank you for your interest in one of our newest items! If an item is marked as "Pre-Order," this item is not available to ship yet, and will ship around the approximated date shown on the listing. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change.

- Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is placed to hold your spot in line.

- Items are shipped in the order of payment received and ship times are estimates only

- We do not automatically split orders - if your order contains an item that will ship at a later date, please note that the entire order will ship together per the estimated date given in the listing.

Shipping Questions

All in-stock orders ship within 1 business day however most orders ship the same day.  Many orders have been known to ship within minutes of being placed so keep an eye out for a speedy shipment notification.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our in-house shipping team.

  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air Early

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All shipping options have tracking available and are insured.

Most orders are shipped from either of our retail stores. To determine which location your item will ship from, please check the pickup availability, under the add to cart buttons on the product page.

If your order has not yet been processed in our shipping system, we may be able to modify your shipping address for you. 

Please contact us right away, as the window of time between when an order is placed and when it is processed is very small but we’ll do our best to make any changes.

If your order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, we, unfortunately, are not able to modify the shipping address. We kindly recommend that you contact your local post office to arrange for a possible address change or pick-up of the package. 

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. All packages shipped by Adrenalinercracing.com are insured for 100% of the package's value. If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, credit your account for the full amount, or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.

Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery. Here is the timetable for tracing lost packages: USPS Express Mail - 10 business days from the day the order was shipped USPS Priority Mail - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped

If your package was not delivered within the timeframes listed above, please contact us.

Please allow us 2-8 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package.

Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.

If you mistakenly chose a in-store pickup option at checkout, don't worry. As in-store pickups don't get shipped there is plenty of time to solve the issue

Please contact us so that we can get you the proper shipping price, and have you pay for the shipping. We will send you the options, prices, and times, just tell is which one you'd like, and we will send you an invoice.

Warranty & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected], or request a return if you have an account set up.

Return Label Eligibility

We will provide a return label free of charge if the reasoning for the return is received the wrong item. We will ask for proof, and will also check on our end before sending you a return label. 

We do not do free returns if you ordered the wrong item. You may still request a return, but you will be resposible for paying the return label rate. We will send you a label, you will just need to pay.

If your return is accepted/approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as lithium batteries (LiPo, Lion) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Discontinued, Clearance, gift cards, and special sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Claims

perantinostravel does not hold a warranty for any of the products carried. Any warranty provided is done so through the manufacturer. If you believe your item is covered under warranty, you can reach out to the manufacturer or do so through us, Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.

Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Adrenalinercracing.com.

Collateral damage is NOT covered by manufacturer's warranty.

All non-warranty services are charged a labor rate of $50.00 per hour, this does not includes the price of parts and shipping fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nonpayment can result in confiscation of equipment. Before Adrenalinercracing.com performs any billable services, we will contact you with an estimate

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
